These Truffles have a tangy Passion Fruit Ganache encased in White chocolate shells & dusted with raspberry sugar.

INGREDIENTS: Milk Chocolate, (40% cocoa minimum, cocoa butter), sugar, cocoa beans,whole milk powder, skimmed milk powder, emulsifier (soya lecithin), natural vanilla extract, Passion fruit, sugar, butter, Raspberries, icing sugar, glucose.
